In 210-209 BCE, Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China buried a teracotta army of 8000 soldiers, 130 chariots and 520 horses and 150 Cavalry, to act as his protecting army in the afterlife.

The Great Wall was built over many centuries, starting as sections in smaller provinces, and eventually being connected into its present state during the Ming dynasty.  It is more than 21,000 km long, (13,000 miles).

Every country offers a different cultural perspective and it is exciting and inspiring to visit as many as you can. China is no exception.
